InstaQuote Ltd trading as UK Property Deal Sourcing is the data controller for personal data processed through this Service. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZC153382.

- Lead-capture details — name, email and area of interest submitted via the free sample / lead magnet.
- Transaction data — payment metadata from our payment processor (we never store full card numbers).
- Usage data — logs, device, IP, basic analytics events.

- Contract — to operate your account, deliver and unlock leads, process payment.
- Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, service security, product analytics, and B2B marketing of relevant services to professional sourcers.
